Gabriel Mendoza is a visual artist born in Mexico City in 1973 and currently based in the city of Oaxaca.

He is an author of illustrations and covers for newspapers and magazines. He has organized, funded and participated in several workshops for children in Oaxaca and Mexico, among them those of Inegi and Maco in the city of Oaxaca and in neighboring house and several cultural houses in Mexico City.
